Building a Call Center, will call our list and will create another list for calling on small to mid size business (about 250 Franchieses Brands and another 10,000-15,000k data base) in the US. We provide employee benefits and need to call these prospect to see if they would be interested in learning more about our payroll/HR services and Self Funded Health Care Plan. I need A Call Center(of about 5 people) team to make about 50 contacts a day for getting permission to e-mail information to the prospect, we will send via e-mail our email video for introduction of services and products we offer.
The Call Center team need to be good at follow-up, we will provide bonus system for successful appointments and e-mail confirmations. The Call Center team will need to keep track of calls, gather contact names of decision makers etc... If Call Center is successful in making connections and appointments, we will offer additional incentives for long term contract with bonuses that could equal 2 to 3 times your hourly rate, success is what we are looking for, not just making calls, so you must be will to put in the work of follow-up after the calls, which we will only pay for the initial calling.
This project could be long term over the next 12-18 months if the telemarketers are good, we will not compensate for non performance. We are only looking for telemarketers who have great English and prove to be a good communicator, will be interview by owner of company prior to being considered.
Telemarketers will need to have video conference capability, we will provide company e-mails for emailing and a reliable phone connection. Expect to make about 50 calls a day to simply get confirmation of contact person, decision makers and correct e-mail addresses.
Will need to be able to call during US time zone Pacific Standard time zone, California!
Prior experience is a plus but not required, need to be focus and willing to go the extra mile to be successful with us.
