Multilingual Executives specialises in finding Senior Executives, Managers and Directors with language skills, for both permanent roles and interim assignments.
We require an experienced Business Development/Telesales person to join us on a home based and self-employed contract basis and as part of a small team.
Bidders will need to provide evidence of results achieved and demonstrate ability to meet the following key deliverables:
• Contact targeted companies to introduce our firm and get them to use us as their supplier of senior executives for roles where languages are required
• Generate search assignments and placements
• Assist in aspects of the candidate sourcing process with client and candidate
• Develop and maintain the database contacts
You must have the following:
- Experience in talking to Directors and Managers and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to achieve sufficient levels of calling activity to build an assignment pipeline
- Ability to get past gatekeepers and to the decision maker(s)
- Your own efficient home office set-up for remote working (PC, broadband, skype connection etc)
-Perfect English. Fluency in another language would be a distinct advantage
We will provide all the necessary resources including target companies/prospect information, CRM & recruitment database access, Skype number and email, marketing material etc..
Remuneration
Consists of a basic hourly rate plus commission package(after trial period) based on generating search assignments which result in successful placements. Earnings can increase in line with increased hours if agreed after trial period.
This is a “high-end” Executive Search product, so sales cycle take time but is achievable. We are looking for long term team members.
