Is English your first language? Do you like to chat? Do people say you have the "gift of the gab" or that you could sell ice to an Eskimo or sand to an Arab? Are you a story-teller? :)
We are looking for additional telesales professionals for B2B sales in the New Zealand market to sell advertising space on NZ's leading wedding website My Wedding Guide. We are particularly looking for a sales closer who can work the whole process from cold call to sales close. Warm and Hot leads will be provided also to those that do well.
We are flexible on compensation methods e.g. commission only or base plus bonuses.
Calls are made during New Zealand business hours so, for example, if you're in the UK you'd start at 10 pm and call for at least two hours. Admin and prep work can be done anytime though. You need to be able to work in a quiet room without distractions or background noises. You should be able to work a minimum of six hours per week during NZ business hours.
We can provide the VOIP account and pay for the phone calls. You need to provide a good internet connection, a computer, a quiet room and a headset. If you prefer to use your own calling system we can provide an NZ account if that works. We record all calls for training, quality assurance and dispute resolution so we'd want to receive the calls if you're using your own system.
Our backend system is great and we provide great training, backup and support. Everything we do is cloud-based. The only software you need is a browser (pref Chrome) and a softphone.

Due to our clients being businesses in New Zealand and the makeup of NZ's demographics, here are our preferred accents (in order of preference):
New Zealand
Australian
British (or light Irish/Welsh/Scottish)
South African
North American
Due to the above plus the amount of phone scam calls to NZ and the stigma of using an overseas call-centre, here are the accents we don't want (sorry, but it will save us both time and effort to let you know this now):
Indian (or other South-Asian)
Filipino (or other SE Asian)
African
