The telesale support we require revolves around the generation of warm leads for our team of field sales managers in London and the South East Region.

We have a straightforward script as attached. The appointed freelancer will be expected to generate some 6 wam leads per hour. Any more than this and the quality of leads you generate is likely to fall. Any less than this hourly rate and the telesales individual will have been distracted in some way.

In telemarketing parlance, sometmes, this type of call is classed as 'market research'.

We will then mail some information out to the warm leads and our field sales guys will then call these leads a week later to secure a face-to-face meeting.

We will supply data.

Our business provides credit management support to SME's in London and SE. Our credit management services include:

- Bespoke terms and conditions for businesses, written from a credit management perspective
- Debt Recovery Services

The appointed telesales freelancer will be expected to create a spreadsheet of all leads generated daily in MS Excel. This should show full contact details and answers to three qualifying questions mentioned in the attached script.

Initially, calling will be limited to 10 hours per week generating 60 leads for our business. More hours are available subject to performance.

An initial meeting will be necessary to assist the successful telesales individual in meeting the required level of quality leads. We are willing to travel to make this happen although not North of Watford as we are based near Gatwick. We will agree a fee upfront for the time taken for this essential meeting to happen.
