Experience Level: Entry
Telesales expert required to cold call decision makers within SME businesses of 2-50 employees. The objectives are appointment setting with an authorised consultant (me) for group medical insurance and business protection within London and home counties.
For this to be economically viable I only require 1-2 successful sales per week which usually requires about 10 quality leads.
An Example (Just estimates)
Small business of 5 employees would earn me on average £240 for their medical scheme and/or upwards of £1000 for business protection while
Multiply that by 4 for a company with 20 employees. and the numbers speak for themselves.
My company is a relatively new & small financial services partnership based in North-West London (Pinner).
Ideal candidate will understand insurance products, although not essential, and conduct their telephone calls with integrity and diligently follow guidelines provided (for compliance purposes).
I initially want to test the water with a couple of hours per week so I don't break the bank on fees. Prices must be competitive, however successful sales will also generate you a generous commission. I am also willing to pay up to £50 as an additional fee per day.
A successful relationship will in turn mean I will contract more frequently and can be a mutually lucrative opportunity for both parties!
