Brief as follows:

Title: Contacting House Builders with Current or Pending Developments

Overview.

Make initial contact with House Builders, from a set of data supplied by us in order to make contact with the Marketing Director and separately the person in charge of purchasing.

The data is of House Builders who are actively building houses due for completion within the coming year.

The proposal is to offer our ranges of house signs, numbers and letterboxes to them; either as
1. House signs and letter box products they buy themselves for the entire development.
OR as
2. An additional extra offered through the marketing suite to the home buyer. (ie. choose the name of your home and have a beautiful house name plate of your choice as a home welcome gift from us).

Suggested opening:
“Hello. I’m calling on behalf of the HNP Group and I would like to speak to your marketing department. We are a manufacturing company based in North Wales and would like to discuss the proposition of supplying our handcrafted house signs and numbers to your development.”

HNP Group comprises four distinct brands, all based in North Wales.

What you’ll get paid:
Basic hrly pay rate is £8 and you should realistically average at least one bonus appointment every two hours initially taking your average up to at least £11 per hr.
Get £6 for every qualified appointment agreed to OR where a quotation against a live requirement is “opened” by you. We will do the rest.
