We are always on the look out for hungry, confident and well spoken individuals to join us here at GSA and undertake short, medium and long term campaigns.
All of our clients are business to business companies who specialise within a variety of sectors. We act as a springboard, connecting them with the senior and key decision makers they need to meet with in order to generate new business opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
o Individuals with 100-150 hours available month in and month out.
o And individuals available for adhoc work.
o Commitment to see a campaign through from start to finish.
o If you do well the campaign may continue.
o Someone who can arrange good quality appointments quickly.
o Committed, professional and consistent when delivering good quality appointments.
o Excellent levels of communication, excellent notes and excellent campaign insights.
o Hungry sales people not afraid of rejection or qualifying appointments out as well as in.
What are our expectations?
o You will be a highly effective communicator
o You work as our clients dictate and will be flexible with regards to your dairy.
o You have the ability to work from home within a professional office environment.
o You will be required to provide us with daily updates on hours, calls and campaign progress and provide us with regular campaign updates in order for us to report effectively to clients.
Requirements to work with us:
o 2 years + experience within a B2B telephone based marketing role.
o Excellent use of English language, you will be contacting senior individuals within the UK.
o Own PC with broadband, excel, word and outlook.
o Crystal clear telephone line, you pay for your own calls.
o Excellent IT skills
o Experience of using a CRM/database system.
o Lively, rapport building personality
o Excellent and proactive communication skills
What we offer you:
o Remuneration:
o We have variety of projects that we undertake and therefore the work we undertake determines the remuneration for this role.
 We will either offer you commission only on appointments confirmed.
 Or an hourly rate and good appointment bonus.
o Self employed status
o Support and training on telemarketing techniques to help you grow with your campaign.
o The opportunity to work with some excellent clients as well as the potential to have ongoing work.
