The Events Corporation Ltd is looking for a PR specialist to promote the launch of its Augmented Climbing Wall – the world’s first interactive climbing game system & escape rooms.
Communication objectives
Raise awareness of the Augmented Climbing Wall Raise awareness of The Events Corporation brand Generate local press attendance at the launch event Generate regional press coverage following launch event
Outline proposal
Some of the things we require:
• Generate press releases:
1. Corporate/business related release
2. Consumer facing release targeting families/activity enthusiasts
Allow time to review information, call client to ask questions, draft releases and allow for amendments
• Invite media to attend event and sell in press releases to regional target media. Titles to approach will include:

• Attend & manage the event launch.
• Housekeeping/admin: produce a weekly ‘WIP’ or reporting document updating us on the progress of media relations and the status of journalists attending the event. Also produce an end of project coverage report.
