Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Client: Institute for Social Policy and Understanding (ISPU)
The Institute for Social Policy (ISPU) conducts objective, solution-seeking research that empowers American Muslims to develop their community and fully contribute to democracy and pluralism in the United States. ISPU Research makes impact in three areas: social policy, public policy, and thought leadership. These specific recommendation videos (focused on women and converts) fit under the realm of changing social policy.
Overview: Develop two 2-minute animated videos (with voiceover and background music)
Objective: ISPU recently developed a report with recommendations for American Muslim mosque leaders to incorporate into their practices, particularly when it comes to women and Muslim converts. These videos should highlight the importance of these recommendations, as well as list a few top recommendations.
Budget: $1150
Timeline: Would like design frames completed by 10/27. Videos need to be finalized by 12/17.
Next steps: Develop 5-6 design frames (one concept) by 10/27.
Style / Script: Attached are the current scripts. They're nearly finalized, but we'll be cutting out some sections to make sure they're 2 minutes or less in total running time.
For the style, it's mostly character (and scene) based. The characters should look somewhat realistic in terms of features/proportion/characteristics, and not too cartoony or childish. For the colors, it should be colorful (but not neon/bright -- more neutral / pastel colors). We should incorporate some blue (reference ISPU's website), but it doesn't need to be brand-heavy.

After you review, let me know if you are available/interested or if you have any questions.
