Due to expansion, we are seeking approximately six Self Employed Sales agents to cover territories across Englan and Wales to work on a commission only basis. Our key target market is GP Surgeries. With the recent changes in the structure of the NHS, our Practice Management Slution is becoming more and more sought after. It improves the efficiency of the Practice, cuts costs and, probably more importantly, enables the Practice to comply easily with new regulations. Our existing customer base views our product as the best in the market, and referrals are the norm once the relationship is established.
Ideally, the Sales Agents appointed will have a relationship with a number of Practice Managers or key decision makers within GP surgeries, together with a knowledge of the way that practices work. A basic understanding of QOF and CQC requirements will also be an advantage. A knowledge of Practice Based Commissioning would also be a distinct advantage.
Meetings to discuss the role can be held locally to you.
The Sales process normally involves appointment making, a visit to the Practice to demonstrate the product and a follow up to close the sale.
Sales cycle varies from customer to customer, and the OTE will only be reached by closing the sale. This is not a \"get rich quick\" scheme, but with the right attitude and commitment can provide unlimited earning potential, working in an enjoyable market sector.
