Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for sales representatives. The network is based on personal development. As part of the network we are looking to generate income through selling online monthly memberships, associate director positions and training programmes. The potential customers for the online elements are therefore global.
As a basic we are looking for the following capabilities
• Cold calling.
• Following up leads.
• Qualifying prospects.
• Use of social media
• Pipeline Management.
• Generating revenue and acquiring customers.
• Customer evaluation and procurement.
• Sales process management.
• ROI analysis on why to buy and why to buy now.
• Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns.
• Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth.
• Devise creative, "out-of-the-box" ideas and implement them.
• Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines.
• Giving feedback
Hours and Environment
The position is commission only so your working hours will vary according to you. Your base from working from is up to you. You may be well be home based.
Skills and Interests
To succeed , you'll need to have:
• The ability and desire to sell.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• A confident and determined approach.
• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
• A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Renumeration.
The position is commission only. This is as follows
For memberships 33%, this translates to £5 pcm whilst membership is continued.
For Associate Directors positions 20% this works out at £100 per sale.
For training places 20% this translates to £20 per participant per day per programme.
