Driven sales rep required for a facilities management business. The role will suit confident individuals, who can think \'outside the box\' and utilise the internet to gain appointments and close sales.
The role entails securing commercial cleaning contracts with any commercial business, thus the list of potential clients is endless. Clients can range from small offices, pubs, dental practices to larger cinemas, shopping centers and property management companies. The role also entails securing fire restoration jobs following any fire incident.
Commission structure includes 15% of net profit of all contracts for the life of the contract (typical annual contract between £15,000 to £95,000 gross) and 10% on fire restoration incidents (typical job is £15,000)
