Roles & Responsibilities
Study Market needs and identify opportunities.
Build Strategies to acquire new clients.
Work as an individual contributor to meet revenue targets.
Pursue multiple prospecting techniques including cold calling, referrals, e-mail campaigns etc; to connect with decision makers at the client sites.
Build credibility, gain market share in your territory.
Identify, research & evaluate new business opportunities, establish contacts with clients to understand their business needs.
Successfully conceptualise, respond, develop, negotiate and close deals.
Articulate the company’s value proposition to prospects and clients.
Experience We’re Looking For
Consultative sales style with specific knowledge of business process & strategic IT issues.
Should have a good understanding /appreciation of Cloud Computing (not a pre-requisite) to deliver high-end Quality IT services. Should be comfortable in selling IT products and services.
Effective IT Solution selling skills. Tenacious and Customer Oriented Approach with Commercial and business acumen.
Analytical problem-solving acumen and the ability to distil technical issues on a business level. Structure big-picture solutions with clear customer value proposition.
Excellent written and communication skills; ability to manage highly demanding customer behaviour.
Excellent business & commercial negotiation experience. Ability to “close the deal” when required.
Excellent market awareness of the competitors with international perspective; we will help you with this.
The candidate should be a self starter and highly motivated to take up challenging task of penetrating new accounts and markets.
