Entech are a leading technical recruitment consultancy based in Hertfordshire,we specialise in supplying workers to a wide range of industries including Aerospace,automotive,Rail,Construction,FM and Electronics.We supply recruitment solutions,temporary,permanent and managed serviced accounts.We have been established over 12 years and have a good brand recognition within the market.
Following an up-turn in the market we are seeking solutions to generate business opportunities across our wide range of clients.As we have downsized our internal staff we have many "warm" clients that we need to remain in contact with to support their business as the market improves.The role we are seeking is a sales professional who can canvass our clients,determine their current and future needs for hiring staff and confirm orders and site visists.The role can be simply generating the leads and visits,or can also incorporate conducting the site visist as well.We are looking for someone who has the ability to converse with clients at all levels,discuss recruitment solutions and generate revenue from temporary and permanent roles.These roles if secured will be managed by my in-house recruitment team and therefore there will be no recruitment associated with this role.It will be purely sales driven.
The role would suit recruitment,sales or engineering biased candidates who have a dogged and "never say die" attitude to deliver in this competitive environment.
We are looking for candidates to work prefferably 5 days a week monday to friday and are flexible in terms of remuneration between base salary plus commission or a higehr commission only basis
