Sales - Build a value proposition with ROI model

We are looking for help to build a value proposition and ROI model for our \'Secure Collaboration Portal\' (SCP).
The value proposition will be used to demonstrate value to prospective customers to show how SCP can be used to improve efficiencies and both SAVE and MAKE money.
The ROI Model will be populated with our prospects content and show how much time/effort/money can be saved/made.
SCP is a generic tool that can be used across industry but for the purposes of this engagement we will focus on the Accountancy market.
Here is what an Accountant said about what he would use SCP for:-
\"I would use the system mainly to minimize the face to face and telephone interaction with clients.
The hard facts of life are that time spent on the phone and in “update meetings” do not generally generate chargeable time and fees.
Most small firms of accountants can spend as much as 40% of their chargeable time just dealing with queries from clients that centre around providing copies of accounts, tax returns etc or giving quick generic advice i.e. how will I be taxed on my company car.
I would like all of my clients’ important documents available to them via their own individual login. They could then access them at any time and not have the need to call us to send them copies.
I would like to have a section where there are important dates that clients need to be aware of and when we expect certain information from them.
I would like to be able to send and receive notes to clients via the system which could be held forever so that they are an historic interaction and log of communication.
I would like client to be able to upload documents on to their login. Particularly large files that cannot be emailed.
I would like to be able to have a library of technical releases that deal with such things as taxation of company cars so that clients can make this their first point of contact for small technical issues.
There has to be a balance between eliminating unnecessary and unproductive contact with clients without it becoming too call centre style driven where you only get the human contact you desire once you have complained endlessly and your query finally gets “escalated” to the correct level. \"
What I want you to bid for and then produce;
1) An ROI Model - Word/Excel or PPT
2) A Value based Sales proposition, in power point.
3) An ROI Calculator that takes basic input (key metrics) from an accountant, and produces an ROI. Excel based.
The presentation does not need to cover any company or product details, this is solely about how much money SCP can make or save an Accountant.
I am of course free to answer any questions, I can also get questions answered from an accountant too (How many times do you, how many calls etc...)
I am looking for an immediate or very soon start and completion.
The successful bidder will also have the chance to provide more sales consultancy if they want too.
Please provide details of your experience building Value based sales models and provide examples of similar work or how your would approach this task.
