We are one of the UK’s leading provider of work-based vocational training, delivering most government funded FREE flexible training and recruitment solutions designed to equip people with essential skills and qualifications to succeed in today’s competitive workplace.
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Employer Engagement Coordinator to converse with a variety of businesses selling the portfolio of courses available via work based learning.
The ideal candidate will have hunger for exceeding targets, be determined and have a professional and confident telephone manner.
It is essential to have previous telephone sales or business to business sales experience and have the ability to close a sale.
Previous Knowledge of work based Learning qualifications would be an advantage but is not essential.
Main Duties
Using telesales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
Build client relationships across the UK exploring training needs
Meeting monthly targets
To enter data onto the specified databases to keep a true and accurate record of contact and progress.
To assist with marketing of courses
£8 -10 ph + performance related bonus
