We are a small but ambitious company based in High Wycombe, Bucks, UK looking to rapidly expand in local and national markets. Established in 1985, Logoprint & Embroidery Ltd has and continues to supply custom decorated high quality workwear, uniforms and promotional items to businesses large and small, clubs, societies and consumers.
We are currently building a small but successful sales force to rapidly grow sales in an industry where very few worthy competitors exist. We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to take on the challenge of increasing sales through experience, hard work and/or ingenuity.
The opportunity exists for an individual (or more) to build not only a customer base but a sales team implementing their own processes and methods to increase sales and maximise retention. Within reason, the successful applicants would be given an opportunity to build a sales department from near scratch and subsequently reap the financial benefits and otherwise that this opportunity allows.
We envisage that 99% of sales would be B2B however we are always open to new ideas that may involve B2C, in fact we already have some that you may be interested in evolving!
We would be delighted to hear from experienced candidates or the less experienced alike. If you have an ambitious mind, a clarity of vision to see the opportunities that exist in the industry and the ability to implement what you envisage then you are definitely someone we should meet.
Financial renumeration is currently on a commission only basis but once you have created a successful sales department this would certainly be reviewed and reassessed based on performance.
Current commissions range from 10% to 30% of sale value dependent on the products sold. From our experience, a capable sales person should be looking to sell between £100-250k of products per year, depending on hour much time to are willing to commit and the products that you sell.
