MatchPoint is an International Franchise Consulting company and is itself a franchise. We are expanding internationally and our key target market is Mexico. The role is to call leads generated by our marketing division, verify the details of the potential applicant to see if they have the relevant qualifications to move forward through the MatchPoint selection process to be awarded a franchise. There is a clear, step by step process, scripts and system to follow, which will obviously require training prior to start. The position is completely commission based of 7.5% of the total deal paid once franchise agreements and funds have been received. The basic fee is $39,700 US with other higher fees possible, therefore a minimum of just under $3,000 US (about £1,900)payable on success. Leads will be supplied at approx. 100 per month and you will have access to our CRM system to manage the process. Expected performance metrics are 70% voice contact 50% initial interview, 20% + formal application and 3% successful application. I will be going to Mexico City in September to carry out interviews face to face.
This is an ongoing role - we are moving into other international markets, such as Egypt, Holland, South Africa etc. So I need a great telephone manner, an ability to build rapport and trust over the phone and great self motivation, discipline and organisation. Spanish would be an advantage, though not necessary as any franchisee must speak English, but it helps in getting past secretaries/housekeepers/children etc.
