Are you a talented sales professional capable of smashing targets if given the right product?
If so we are currently recruiting ambitious and talented sales leaders for the role of Sales & Membership Executives to hit the ground running selling to a large sector of Individuals, SME business and Corporates our \'added value\' online packages, products and services within the pet industry niche market area with an \'advantage\' of no direct competitors!
As sales and Membership Executive is an important role which is both rewarding and challenging for the right candidate and can offer genuine career success and rewards within a fast expanding company, as you will support the companies ambitious plans expansion, and will be responsible for growth of the business due to your expertise, knowledge and input of sales conversation and outcomes.
Pure and simple- you need to be driven, focused, ambitious, self motivated with good business acumen, and ready to prove yourself to be the best at what you do as you will be responsible for driving and directing sales.
WHAT WE WANT
· Ideally you must be an articulate and assured sales person with a structured sales technique with proven sales experience within any proactive sales environment or equivalent and used to hitting targets and working to tight deadlines.
· A track record of increasing business growth due to your own individual sales input and strategy, as well as hitting and excelling monthly targets is a must.
· You will have excellent all round organisation & IT skills, with exceptional telephone manner, communication and active listening skills, and a true passion for sales and the drive to succeed.
· Excellent knowledge and understanding of sales cycle opening and closing skills with the ability to deliver and the determination to succeed.
· You will have a positive manner, boundless energy with a \'can do\' attitude with a natural desire for winning with an outgoing personality, and he ability to work effectively within a team., and a love for animals as you will be selling within pet market sectors.
ROLE & DUTIES
· Your primary focus in this sales role will be to sell the benefits of products, services and memberships over the phone directly to Individuals, SME business and Corporates throughout the UK and to ensure that targets and standards are achieved.
· Taking a proactive approach to generating new business and leads, getting on the phones, following up leads and referrals, looking to generate prospects and appointments within the local residential and business community alongside others.
· Responsibilities include generating new leads and establishing new areas of growth for expedition through your own sales streams and dominating areas of growth within your own sales network.
· You will also provide weekly sales reports and forecasts.
