:: YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES ::
Your role will be to liaise with potential clients, brining in new custom, all remotely from within your home or office generating new potential clients by offering them our services, potential offers and packages.
The ideal candidates will be highly motivated self-starters, a good manner and great communication skills. Experience in marketing or sales is a big advantage. We are look for self employed freelancers who can work from home or within there own office and want to generate a serious income or just a part time income depending on the hours they can put in, the hours you put in are your choice but we expect at least 5 hours a week. You must be well-educated, well-spoken and have skills within marketing and/or sales.
You will be asked to use your own equipment / materials at no extra cost to us but we will provide you with information and online materials like brochure pdf's, presentations, email etc.
You pass the customers to us, we secure the payment, we pay you.
An example of the roles you may take in / use on a daily basis to help generate new potential clients:
1) Sourcing and Preparing material to use when speaking to customers.
2) Representing our company by speaking to businesses, personals and potential new customers via phone, email, letter etc. Generating appointments, calls, meetings and deposits.
3) Working with a member or members of our in-house team to share your daily / hours work progress and speaking of new ways to market the business.
:: THE SMALL PRINT ::
Although this is a primarily a sales role, using your own hours, it is commission based. You do have the future advantage of maybe becoming a later member of our team (on the books) but for now it is commission only.
The details of commission are of so, so please take extra care in reading this. We will only pay a commissioned based sales person once they have secured a deposit from a client showing evidence of this, evidence of this would include the email address, name of company etc. Anything to show the lead has come from you. But we will have a weekly, end of hours meeting to go through what you have done with your hours of the week.
We are an honest company, with honest, reliable, friendly members. Once a deposit is secured then the percentage of the sale goes to the salesperson. Now we get to the percentages.
The percentage of the sale will be 50% of the deposit to new-comers. All new starters will get half the amount of the deposit shared equally. We feel after you have secured the client, the project, it is only fair you get half the amount, we then do the rest. This percentage then goes up as weeks go by with great benefits ahead one including becoming a member of the team and getting a regular income from us. Its sounds like a pyramid scheme, but we assure you its not, we are basically looking for a sales-person on commission.
Now for examples:
You could secure a website design & development project from a new client. --> The deposit for that project to the customer £300. --> Thats £150 to you (minus peopleperhour payments).
Now lets say you secure a job for a brochure. --> The deposit for that project to the customer £600. --> Thats £300 to you.
These are examples of low cost projects, the price goes up. You do not have to talk about money to the customer, we do that. You just secure the customer to us, once a customer secures a deposit with us, thats it. you are paid.
Now for a bigger example. Lets say you secure a job for a website or ecommerce website, brochures and stationery. --> The deposit for that project to the customer £1700. --> Thats £850 to you.
You did two of those in a week, plus a smaller paid job which the deposit is £900. Thats £2150 in a week for just 3 jobs. I will be honest, two of those may seem big, but if you feel you can sell, they are not that big and most of the times, the company sells itself. After this you may wanna up your hours. Thats fine by us, the more work you get in, the more work we get in, the bigger the earnings to us, the bigger the income to you.
:: THE CONCLUSION ::
Just to note. Via peopleperhour, we may accept a bid, well that doesn't mean we wont place this back up again to gain another member, just hold on, we will be back gain, if not soon, then later.
We look forward to your responses on this and any questions you may have. This is a great opportunity with some great benefits now and in the future, if not with us but for your cv.
be fair in your questions, if we have missed something please point us out. We do not intend to put false information as we have checked this through and are happy with the details.
But if you do have questions, please ask any questions below, we will try to answer them all. thank you and happy bidding :)
