SALES TEAM COMMISSION STRUCTURE
We are one of the UK’s largest family friendly events being hosted in summer 2012 in Loughton Essex. The event will feature interactive displays and activities providing information and entertainment to families, massive cross-over appeal as a family entertainment destination. There are a number of elements that make up The People’s Fringe as follows:
• Ubuntu Cultural Village
• Fire and Ice Xtreme Games
• The Young People’s Fringe Village
• International market place with 500 art, craft and food stalls
International Market Place
The market place will comprise of 350 dry stalls (art, craft, dry food, textiles etc) and 150 wet stalls (caterers/food). We are looking for talented sales people with a strong sales background to sell spaces for the market place. This is a commission only opportunity offered on a self-employed basis. Market Knowledge is desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills and speak good English. This opportunity has great earning potential OTE based on the following commission structure:
Dry stalls package
Traders will be sold one package for £1500. Each package is made up of a single 7’ x 7’ stall with power for nine days in the market place.
Commission Structure
The following commission structure is based on £1500 per package.
10% for sales up to 50 packages = £150 per package sold
12% for sales between 50 - 70 packages = £180 per package sold
15% for sales over 70 packages = £225 per package sold
NB: Traders can purchase a double stall (7’ x 14’) for £2500. See commission structure below which follows the same structure..
Wet stall (food) pitch
Caterers will be offered a pitch measuring approx. 10’ x 8’ for nine days for £2,500. Caterers will be responsible for supplying their own structure for their pitch.
10% for sales up to 50 pitches = £250 per pitch sold
12% = for sales between 50 – 70 pitches = £300 per pitch sold
15% = for sales over 70 pitches = £375 per pitch sold
NB: Sales staff will be expected to meet weekly sales targets as set by their area supervisor.
