Publishers of Find It Here magazine have a vacancy for 4/5 part-time Sales Agents to promote and sell local advertising spaces to local businesses.
Your role will essentially be as an advertising sales professional in this exciting area - growing and consolidating our market position by securing and closing your own sales every day; meeting and exceeding targets; identifying, sourcing and following up potential sales opportunities; building and maintaining exceptionally strong business relationships; and proactively demonstrating the value of advertising in our magazine.
As an energetic self-starter, you’ll need:
• A solid track-record of success across the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, cold-calling, negotiation and driving repeat business.
• A high degree of motivation, enthusiasm and commercial acumen
• Ambition, drive and a strong desire to develop your own career
• A confident, articulate and polite approach
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
The job will include visiting businesses in the Woodford, Chingford, Barkingside and Ilford areas and requires the use of email and telephone to liaise with the publisher of the magazine.
This role would suit a stay at home mum, young graduate or seasoned sales executive
OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL
In return, we offer a commission-only remuneration package for a one-month probation period – after which, if successful, you’ll join us as a fixed fee + commission member of our close-knit professional team. You’ll enjoy our friendly, progressive and very supportive team.
