We are a digital marketing agency based in London, and we are looking for a paid ads manager.
The channels include:
- Google Adwords
- LinkedIn Ads
- Twitter Ads
- Facebook Ads
We want someone who is experience with paid ads, with a history of managing whole campaigns. Google's Adwords certification is a plus, but not a necessity.
The position requires at least 10 hours per week. Our focus is to find people we can hire full-time in the long run, and we'll go in that direction with the right candidate.
We are looking for someone knowledgeable in targeting, keywords, testing the data and providing reports. With the ability to create a great initial setup with the agreed budget, and adjust the campaign as it goes along to get the most out of it. The person should be focused on getting the best price for the highest quality of leads, with a great attention to detail (put this word in the beginning of your cover letter - Adword)

1. Did you have a campaign that started going in the wrong direction? How did you handle it?
2. Why do you like managing paid ads?
3. What things do you look for when optimising a campaign?
4. What's the ideal relationship between pre- and post-click experience of a user (what things should a user encounter within each)?
