We are looking for a Growth Marketer, who will take full ownership for everything related to user activation, engagement and retention. Working across the marketing, product, business development and customer success team, you’ll be instrumental in owning our CRM strategy. You will report into our Commercial Director.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a CRM strategy with a focus on segmentation, automation, email and push notifications.
• Map out and implement lifecycle and onboarding workflows, to ensure all users get from A to B efficiently and see the instant value.
• Take ownership for all user engagement campaigns (user segmentation, content generation, creative, email templates and reporting).
• Ownership of all platform analytics – informing product team on feature improvements.
• A/B testing different campaigns and workflows.
• Ownership of all B2B nurture journeys, turning leads into MQLs.
Who we’re looking for
• 3+ years marketing experience, specifically working on SaaS, Mobile or eCommerce products
• In-depth knowledge of CRM, email and automation tools; HubSpot, Autopilot, Marketo, Pardot etc
• Extremely analytical and experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics and Google Optimize.
• Good working knowledge of data privacy (GDPR)
