Experience Level: Intermediate
Sales Reps needed to market our marketing services to small businesses in Missouri and beyond. These services have almost no competition and are much needed by our struggling small business in the midwest. Compensation consists of 50% commissions and 50% of the residuals. Vesting occurs after 500 units sold. All we ask is you produce 1 new sale per month. Income in the $20k/mo range can be expected IF you do your part. Training is provided and normally takes 1-3 hours. Opportunities for advancement are available. Sales managers are needed in many small markets throughout the US as we are actively hiring agents in KC, Minneapolis, Columbia, Mo and Springfield, Mo. If you are not in these areas and wish to participate, please submit your bid and we will evaluate the area. Freelancers must be within the continental US.
You may sell our services in whatever ETHICAL method you are most comfortable with. This includes telesales, face to face and internet marketing.
To us, ethical consists of our 10 rules:
Rule #1- I will treat every customer with respect, dignity and compassion in all stages of the sales cycle.
Rule #2 - I will never place undue pressure on the client to purchase my product.
Rule #3 - I will find out what is right for my client and create a solution to fit their needs.
Rule #4 - I will always present myself in a clean and professional manner befitting a sales professional.
Rule #5 - I will set reasonable customer expectations and always exceed them.
Rule #6 - I will make myself available for customer follow up on a daily basis.
Rule #7 - I will be open to change and work to identify profit opportunities.
Rule #8 - I will follow all processes and procedures enacted by the head office.
Rule #9 - I will submit all documentation required to the head office or manager within 24 hours of sale.
Rule #10 - I will make a minimum of 1 sale per month to keep my place in the organization.
