We currently use Marketo for our marketing automation, and Google Analytics as our primary analytics tool.
We would like to be able to accurately track Marketo form submissions (conversions) via both our website (whatusersdo.com) and our Marketo-hosted landing pages (for example http://insight.whatusersdo.com/free-ux-testing-video.html) in Google Analytics.
We have an implementation using Google Tag Manager and Goals in GA which we use to track different types of form submissions as conversions. However, there is a wide disparity between the numbers reported in Marketo and what we see in GA (GA is under-reporting numbers significantly), suggesting that there is an issue with the way in which this is implemented via GA and GTM.
As a result, we would ideally like someone with experience with GA-Marketo integration or at least robust form submission tracking via GA and/or GTM to 1.) Audit our current setup and 2.) Help fix the current setup or implement a new one that helps us track form submits more accurately.
