The purpose of the role is to drive digital marketing strategies, web development and improve ecommerce improvement of sales. Currently we only acheive about a 0.1% conversion. The focus of the role will be around achieving sales and profitability targets as cost-effectively as possible and this will be achieved by driving traffic to websites and improving conversion and average transactional value. In this role you will manage Pay Per Click activity and natural search optimization to improve cost effectiveness and booking conversion as well as manage display advertising, creative and media strategy. You will be involved in website development strategy and managing email projects. Therefore you will have to have strong online web development skills and being familiar with online marketing acquisition functions. You will have some experience of developing social media strategies and be able to analyse the online user journey.
