We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing strategies and manage the tools and team members focused on Trex digital marketing initiatives.
Help us deliver what’s next in outdoor living by being a key business partner to the IT team, collaborating across functional teams including IT, product and brand marketing, marketing agencies and others to connect and engage across the customer journey.
As our next Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and guide the objectives of marketing teams, while working with IT to manage execution of new and enhanced content, UX and other functionality across the marketing technology stack. You will manage day-to-day projects that support the vision for how technology and data support marketing objectives, proactively identify new projects and effectively manage competing priorities.
A strong candidate is an effective communicator, identifies issues quickly and tracks to resolution. The manager will orchestrate the execution and expectations of projects while supporting digital marketing initiatives for the organization and implementing new and ongoing campaigns across various forms of online advertising such as search, display, email, video and retargeting. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary to be successful in this position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience developing and implementing strategic digital marketing programs and campaigns to support business and brand objectives.
Administer, manage and develop in-house omni-channel digital marketing and marketing automation/personalization capabilities by collaborating with product, brand, IT and agencies to effectively provide best practices, training and excellence to enable project and product success.
Manage and develop analytics and reporting dashboards to support the understanding and management of digital marketing performances, such as user conversion, engagement, cohort analysis and other advanced segmented analysis.
Manage relationships with digital agencies to include planning, strategy and asset utilization.
Collaborate with digital agencies to manage digital touch points, including multiple online websites, landing pages, video, email and mobile.
Coordinate with digital agencies and internal marketing teams on strategy to attract more visitors, increase engagement, build conversions and develop organic awareness.
Guide the development, coordination and performance of digital marketing initiatives, including monitoring scheduling, planning.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the customer journey and enhance the digital experience wherever possible through automated touches via appropriate channels. Recommend new touchpoints.
Partner with other marketing, sales and product management teams to ensure brand consistency in the online space.
Suggest and implement digital marketing methods to increase profitability.
Stay up-to-date with digital technologies and marketing innovation developments.
Monitor website performance and develop strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
Liaise between IT and the digital marketing team to drive the development, testing and implementation of digital marketing initiatives.
Measure, analyze and report on digital marketing performance through KPIs, demonstrate ROIs on each channel, provide actionable insights based on analytics, and make recommendations for modification to increase ROI.
