Dealer Manager / Sales Executive: AV - Video Editing - Software
Commission/ Incentive based compensation
Location:
Major metropolitan areas across the US and Canada. This position will be field based.
Job Description:
MacroSystem US is looking to expand our field-based sales force nationwide to support and grow our Dealer Network. We offer an opportunity to work with existing customers, grow a territory, experience great sales and marketing support, earn an uncapped income that’s very competitive.
The model:
Sales Executive starts in a Commission Only role, once modest milestones are accomplished the Sales Executive will be offered additional benefits and incentive programs. The AV industry typically employees Commission Only reps and agencies, but we are open to hiring the right Sales Executive as a Full Time Employee.
MacroSystem US will provide product training and sales support to ensure the Sales Executive\'s highest likelihood for success. MacroSystem US will make available resources to aid in the reporting and management of new sales opportunities in addition to standard collateral and access to software evaluation licenses. Where required, MacroSystem US will provide ongoing sales assistance to help close opportunities. Ultimately, MacroSystem US will be responsible for helping you succeed.
Responsibilities:
Sell the complete line of MacroSystem US products in the assigned territory
Support/ Grow the Dealer Network within your assigned territory
To achieve this goal it is anticipated that the Sales Executive will need to
- Identify prospects and build relationships in your territory
- Leverage Macrosystem USA resources, including personnel and agents, as and when required to close business
- Utilize your existing contacts / continue to build and create new contacts
- Grow Revenues with Existing Accounts
- Ensure proper levels of training are met at dealer sites
- Help Dealers reach higher levels of status with the Dealer Program
- Help the Dealers Grow their Revenues by introducing them into new accounts/ opportunities
- Ensure exemplary communication through regular Dealer visits and onsite events (promotions, trainings, etc)
Qualifications/Skills:
- Prefer experience selling or working with Video Editing Products
- Software/ Technology, Video Editing, Media Experienced Professionals welcome to apply
