Require marketing data lists - our initial plans are to issue a letter to senior contacts at accountancy practices not the major players but those with employees up to say 50 - within the North-West areas (Merseyside, Manchester, Cumbria etc) outlining our financial offering (business angels investment services), inviting them to hopefully respond with an interest in our services, and'or for later follow up seeking face-to-face meetings.

We plan to use these lists for direct mail, telephone marketing, fax marketing and email marketing, though at this early stage of marketing only require company names and addresses for letter mailing so should include postal address, and if possible contact person within the practice.

Depending on cost may purchase these lists with details for later telephone marketing, fax marketing and email marketing.

These listings should be in a easy useable format for mailing from maybe Excel spreadsheet but not too much detail - don't need company registration numbers etc so short on the detail!
