Project description/requirements:
We are looking for a company to assist us with the design and printing of our company brochure.
Distribution:
We will be distributing our brochure in the following ways:
Through the post
Hand to hand
In meetings
We would also like to be able to send this in an online format
What do we want from our brochure:
Reach local agencies and big brands to generate quote request, conversation or meeting request.
Generate new custom
Remind past customers of our services, and showcase our new services to them
Build partnerships with marketing/creative agencies (particularly in Leeds and London, but nationwide)
Remove the stigma that we are competition to marketing/creative agencies, and show clearly that we are a partner that can work alongside creative agencies to create a successful campaign for their clients
Purpose:
We have recently launched a new website, and are working on strengthening our marketing channels and brand presence across all possible platforms. Alongside our main service, offering promotional staff for experiential campaigns, exhibitions, sampling and and other marketing activity, we now promote our range of campaign services and equipment and would like to market ourselves as a full service promotions implementation agency.
We would like the brochure to include the following:
Description of our staffing services
Description of our Campaign Equipment
Description of our processes
Testimonials and reviews
Photo block with images of brands we've worked with?

Target audience:
Our target audience is any marketing agency or large brand that might use our service. We would be looking to reach Project Managers, Marketing Managers, Event Organisers etc. within the businesses. We are targeting both old and new customers to update them on what we offer. We are a nationwide agency, but will be predominantly be sending the hard copy brochures to the big hitters in Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester and London.
Benefits:
The main benefit of our agency, is that we can provide all aspects of a campaign from staff to clothing to transport, branding and any other fixtures needed. This cuts out the need to use a number of different companies to run a campaign, taking stress off the client.
We're not to be confused with a marketing agency, our main aim is to show marketing agencies that we are an ideal partner, and not competition. We don't generate ideas for campaigns, we work alongside creative agencies to bring a campaign to life being the feet on the ground.
Executional Guidelines:
For the front page, we'd like something a little different that is more stand out from the average square brochure. Our logo is below, a cut out of this shape would be one suggestion, but we'd like a bit of shape to the front cover and are open to suggestions on this.
We would like our brochure to be fun and colourful throughout, to portray the types of events and campaigns we work on, but will also have a professional feel throughout.
We won't be adding costings to our brochure, as these are not fixed.
We have 8x staff & campaign categories, which will likely take up one page each. One or two of these may be 2 page spreads.
We have 14x staffing services, which can be categorised over 3-5 pages.
We would also like to add some reviews and statistics on other events, whether these be dotted throughout the brochure, or added to an infographic page.
Tone of Voice:
We will write our own copy, with guidance on size of content per page from the design agency.
Other Activity:
We will be targeting the agencies that receive this brochure on Linkedin, through the use of targeted ads, sending videos of case studies (in the future, we may create a 30 second video version of this brochure. We may also visit their offices with our promotional teams to hand out freebies, brochures and chat to the relevant staff about what we do.
Next Action:
From this brief, it would be great to get a rough quote and see examples of similar work.
