Following recent successes in ourmarket, we are looking to expand our salesforce by taking on New Business Development Managers in a number of different regions across the UK.
We offer a range of solutions around the Front-End Application market, which includes Document Design, Process Automation, Front-End Architecture Design, Mobile Application Development, Consultancy and Training.
The Role
Due to a gap in the market, the sales role will be primarily focused on the Training and Consultancy arms of the organisation. However, the full suite of products will be available for sale by the New Business Development Managers.
This is a full-time home-based role 100% commission for a period of at least 12 months. Upon successful acheivement of target over this period, the candidate will be given the option of remaining on a commission based sales role or to move across onto a full-time salary + commission package. Incentive schemes are in place to make sure that over acheivement is richly rewarded.
The package includes OTE of £4,000 per month with excellent over-performance and uncapped earnings. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who is looking to make a move into a fast-paced and exciting environment in a growing organisation.
Payment of commission is made the week following receipt of payment by the customer.
The Candidate
The right candidate will be driven, energetic, and hungry, with a passion for making money. We are constantly looking for ambitious people who will drive Office Architect on to greater things, and so positions will become available to the right candidate to grow within the organisation.
Previous experience of the training market would be advantageous, but not essential. Likewise IT knowledge in this area is desired but it is more important that the candidate is willing to learn the products and areas of specialism.
