We are an online user testing service. you can set tasks (via an online interface)
for people to complete on almost anything from a website, to a search
journey, to even a static visual. People conduct the tests in their own
homes, on their own computers.
Within hours you get back video recordings of their online user journey, combined with their spoken thoughts. You can test with our pre-built panel of thousands of regular Internet users across UK, Europe and the US. It allows you to rapidly and regularly gather qualitative insights in order to increase conversions online. The service is innovative and our clients, including TUI, TK Maxx, Last Minute.com, Dixons and lots of Agencies and SME's love it!
Selling points
- Historically this was done by lab testing this is Much Faster, 000's cheaper and still delivers actionable insights for people to "improve theire website conversions" i.e. more sales, less exits, more sign-ups to newsletter etc etc
- Our customers big or small all use analytics but that only gives them "what happened" this service gives them "why its happening" because you see what real people do and hear their thoughts while doing it
- We think realistic targets are £5-10K per month our average PAYG order is £300-600 (think SME's doing this 2-4 times a year) and our larger clients such as agencies, retailers mi-size SME's commit to contracts of either between £12K - 36K per year (its a rolling 90 day contract but no-one has dropped out yet
