Yes, that\'s right, we are launching a new letting agency using field based Property Managers supported from head office and we want your help with it\'s creation!

We are interested in working with a couple of freelancers who have current or recent letting agent management experience - who know what works - and who have great ideas for an agency but are frustrated they can\'t get them put into practice. The roles are likely to develop into that of becoming members of an \'expert panel\' once the first phase is a success.

The initial requirement would be a brainstorm by conference call early one evening to hear your ideals for \'the dream letting agency\' namely the core and innovative services, branding, charging structure, target market segments and ethos. Your bid should be for three hours work initially broken down as follows: 45 mins read our brief and formulate your own ideas, 1.5 hrs conference call, 45 mins follow up activity.

Our background: we are a medium sized private landlord with 80 properties under our own management with head office functions providing marketing, administration and finance, with two field based Property Managers who provide all the tenant contact, viewings, mainetance and rent chasing. We operate in the Humberside/ N.Lincs and Staffordshire/Cheshire areas which is where our Letting Agent activities will be based - we already provide services to other landlords on a small scale and list our properties on Rightmove/Globrix. For the two freelancers we select one will have a new business development/marketing bias and the other will have a management and operations bias so when you bid be sure to declare to which area is your expertise is suited.
