This is an opportunity to play a central role in developing our IT & software services business in UK & across Europe. You would be expected to display your creativity ,passion , vision, discipline and leadership to build a market from scratch & drive strategic relationships with prospective clients across the Market.
Primary Responsibility:
To drive the strategic initiative of creating a niche market & brand awareness of our products & services across the market
To develop clients across industries , finalize contracts, Sales agreement by successful negotiation based on the Business Vision & the Targets assigned.
To Manage the core business relationships & managing different accounts
To maintain close coordination with clients & ensure that payments from Clients are realized in time
You will have the opportunity to work with the management to shape our business strategy and policies for market.
Responsibilities include:
Analyzing market opportunities and creating strategies for new lines of IT/Software related businesses that will drive revenue growth .
•Negotiating and closing contracts with key partners to support Microsoft's strategic initiatives in the video game industry
• Managing execution and contract compliance for deals you close
You would be expected to display:
• Broad understanding of the software industry, including a deep understanding of how 'ecosystems' function in the IT services market
• Effective negotiation skills, especially with companies that may be simultaneously customers, vendors, and competitors
• High capacity for strategic thought and the ability to solve unstructured business problems
• An ability to manage multiple deals at once with an eye towards cost, business opportunity and strategic value
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to formulate insights and opinions around complex business problems
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Advanced knowledge of contract, software licensing and intellectual property law
• Excellent attention to detail
• Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to a quickly changing business environment
• Leadership to transform strategy into successful execution and a passion for operational excellence
