Introducing new exciting business model into the traditional Estate Agency industry. The concept itself is a white label offering, targeted at both independent and national agency chains, presenting an opportunity to provide clients with a number of new value added services. A holding company has been formed to manage and operate three sub-brands. If successful, the company will continue to devise innovative new concepts to provide a range of sustainable strong differentials for partnering agents.

Although a brand name, together with potential sub-branding, has been created by myself - with general acceptance from the team - I wish it to be challenged from a relevant third party positioned to offer possible alternative(s), in particular positioning strap-line.

In summary - master-brand title, strap-line and three sub-brands with prefix of the master-brand itself. The names will need to be descriptive to achieve ready acceptance from targeted agencies.

Full explanation of the project will be provided to the successful bidder with strong guidance towards the names. Copywriter for both brochures and web site has already been commissioned.

Evidence of previous work a must for selection purposes. Good possibility of extended work as the company continues to expand its range of services and lifestyle offerings.
