We are a new internet start-up who provide an innovative online service for the conference and events industry. We are looking for someone who is experienced at making business-to-business sales over the telephone.
Our product is an online networking service for delegates at conferences.
We will provide the contact details of 10 people who have recently tried the free demo version of our product, having been prompted to do so by a marketing email. Most of the contacts are in the UK, but some may be overseas.
You will need to call these contacts and speak to each of them personally. You will need to ask them some background questions, explain the product in more detail and attempt to make a sale.
The fixed fee for this job is £40 for speaking with all the contacts. On top of the fixed fee, we will pay 10% commission for sales (the cut-off point for commission on each sale is 14 days following the last telephone call).
We are looking for someone who has:
*extensive previous experience of B2B telesales
*a professional, customer-focussed manner
*the ability to understand our product and present it appropriately.
We will expect you to follow your own telephone script and to pay for all telephone calls. If the job goes well then there may be more similar work in the future.
