We offer professional audio/video services to a wide variety of clients especially to the B2B market sector. Our target groups are very expansive, so there’s lots of opportunity for the right person to excel in their familiar fields of sales / marketing plus offering a very rewarding and exciting opportunity to venture into some challenging and unchartered sales / marketing territories. We will offer full support and training on the mechanics of our business and the services it offers, as our services are very technical and comprehensive. We ideally would like somebody that can work on their own initiative as well as a valued team member.
This is a commission only role. However, there is the opportunity of more long term prospects for the right person.
You must be located in England, UK, preferably Nottinghamshire or surrounding counties. Ideally, you will possess strong experience in sales / marketing. This sales / marketing role will be conducted via telephone, email and direct contact.
You will work from home and have your own virtual office with broadband access to the internet as well as possess a phone & car. From time to time you will be required to attend conference meetings at our Nottinghamshire location.
Commission will be offered in a tiered structure as follows:
An example would be: You sell one of our services to a client = £3,000 – following our tiered commission structure you could earn the following:
1 – 3 accounts per week = 10% = £300 per account
4 – 6 accounts per week = 15% = £450 per account
7 – 10 accounts per week = 20% = £600 per account
Over 10 accounts per week = 30% = £900 or 35% = £1,050 per account.
An extra bonus of 10% will be offered for each long term account secured.
In other words if you secure the client during the initial sales process as a long term account holder then add an additional 10% to each long term account secured.
The following criteria are required for this role:
- Will agree to a CRB check or provide proof of a clean record.
- Results driven and target orientated - the more you sell the more in your pocket.
- Able to prove you have the ability to close sales successfully.
- Honest, committed and reliable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner
- Excellent customer liaison skills
- Excellent organisational skills and be self motivated.
- Ability to uphold excellent business ethics.
- Ability to respect data protection and privacy policies at all times.
- You will be confident in securing long term accounts.
- You must be comfortable working in a commission only role.
