Become a Sales Agent ?

As Scotland’s leading provider of motivational training courses and resources, we are currently creating a unique opportunity to allow third party individuals and organisations the chance to supply our award winning Apodo System across the rest of the UK.

Right now, we’re looking for new agents who are committed to growing their own business, who are driven and proactive, and who are hungry for success. It is a fantastic starting point that can grow and evolve as our company grows.

What could this mean for you?

As well as being linked to a market leader, you have the chance to sell a tried, tested and morally sound resource to an area of your choosing. You will be given the sole right to sell Apodos to your area and rewarded handsomely for your efforts with a generous commission structure.
We will offer you remote training and a demonstrator Apodo to get you up and running quickly. You will have a permanent link to our head office in Dunfermline should you need any help in the future. We are also planning to offer full training as soon as we have the network of agents in place. You will also have the opportunity of getting some phone support to help make your appointments so you can spend more of your time customer facing. The most important thing is that you enjoy your time working for us and we will do everything we can to help you be successful.
On completion of your induction, you will be offered a three month trial which if successful, will be followed by a twelve month contract. How long you spend on this project is a matter of choice. We have developed a commission structure that should be generous enough to accommodate both full time and part time work. Full details of our expectations and your responsibilities will follow.


You have very little responsibility when it comes to the administration process. You will be responsible for creating your own sales and of course managing your own sales diary. When you make sales you will simply e-mail your orders to head office and we will deal with delivery, invoicing, credit control, customer services and after sales.

Business Development and Marketing?

As well as the benefits you receive from selling a strong, respected and valued product, we provide you with a range of initiatives and tools to help you win new business. We will have exhibition stands at many of the major educational conferences throughout the UK to build market awareness as well as target marketing with mailings and advertisements.
You will receive commission on all sales in your area. Schools are always keen to share best practice and some of our biggest Apodo sales have come about through word of mouth and simply asking for referrals at point of sale.

As our Sales Agent, you will stay up to date with new initiatives and resources as they are developed in the future. You may well find the time you spend selling our products will only increase with time.

We currently have a fantastic reputation with all of our current customers and we will only ever allow people to represent us who understand the importance of this. We understand that this is a sales position so every customer or potential future customer should feel delighted with our service in every way. For this reason, it is important that you look smart and act professional at all times when customer facing or during any communications.
