Job Description
Corporate Housing is a growing company looking for experienced Sales Representatives to sell Corporate Housing to new and existing clients. Our Account Executives present services to corporate accounts and individuals at the customer's place of business.
Corporate Housing locate temporary housing for companies or individuals that are working on special assignments or are relocating to a new area for stays of 30 days or longer. We are in the business of creating a home away from home. We service clients on a local and national level while promoting teamwork.
Job Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads
• Must enjoy hunting for new business
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
• Offers solutions and closes the sale
• Develops and maintains relationships with apartment personnel and property managers
• Join networking events and will attend trade shows on an as needed basis
Benefits:
• 30 Hour Week
• Base salary
• NO CAP on commissions
Job Requirements:
• Must be a fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor Degree is ideal
• Two to Five years of business to business outside sales
• Experience within the relocation or property management is a plus
• Must be able to offer and implement creative solutions in the selling process
• Excellent customer service skills
