SOLETRADER, the well respected fashion footwear retailer based in Hemel Hempstead is looking to recruit an additional experienced graduate full-time Online Customer Service Advisor to strengthen the team, enhance customer service standards and improve operational goals within a busy ecommerce department.
This vacancy may suit someone currently working in retail who wishes to transfer to an office based customer service role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with day to day general enquiries by telephone, email, Live Chat, Amazon and Ebay
- Ordering in stock from stores
- Manually inputting orders
- Releasing held orders
- Reviewing pending orders for fraud
- Managing faulty return transactions
- Listing items on Ebay
Skills / Experience:
- Graduate
- Excellent written skills, including perfect grammar, spelling & punctuation standards
- Very close attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong problem solving ability
- Flexible, happy to learn new tasks and get involved in new projects
- Friendly manner, someone who is equally comfortable working individually, or as part of a team
- Proactive approach to getting the job done
- Previous customer service experience essential
Hours / Pay / Benefits:
- The chance to work in an expanding ecommerce department for a renowned high street retailer

- Some overtime paid at time + half, eg. Black Friday weekend
- 20 days holiday, rising to 25 days after 5 years - Pro-Rata

- Monday - Friday. 40 hours per week. 8.00-17.00 / 9.00-18.00
