SWM are based in the South West of England and operate on a regional basis, covering the majority of the UK south of Birmingham (M5, M4, and M25 corridors are ideal.)

We are investing in the growth of our business and are looking for help with building our sales pipeline. Activities involve targeting the right prospects, sourcing appropriate and current contact data, developing compelling sales materials, contacting propsects and developing relationships based on our 25 years industry experience, and delivering tangible value for the customer and within their organisation.

We are looking for people and partners who are willing to work on a commission only bases for the introduction of new customers and projects to our organisation. It is possible that our services may form part of a larger project that you are working on for the client.

We are interested in talking to people who are willing to invest some time in understanding our services, then developing a documented plan that details sales targets and how they intend to deliver them. This may involve market segmentation (industry, geography, function, etc.)

In exchange for your ability to introduce new business we are willing to negotiate a commission rate that takes into account; the sales pipline stage that you have moved the prospect to, the margin on the initial project and ongoing work. We are happy to negotiate a win-win arrangement.

We are happy to talk with people able to introduce single customers and projects, and also those individuals who may look at this as an opportunity to build a client base that delivers on-going income through proactive account management and referrals.
