Lead generation for published author who offers high value training and his book

My names Alecand I specialise in training leaders/managers in how to prepare for and take on Difficult Conversations. I also facilitate executive teams, and I'm the author of my recently published book \"Vital Conversations. \" Over the last 8 years I've been hired/selected by over 25 FTSE 250 company's and also done a lot of training for the NHS.

As part of an expansion plan due to the popularity of my workshops, I'm now looking for someone who can by use of the phone and email generate appointments for me to either speak by phone or on occassion achieve face to face meetings with HR directors in major company's or public sector organisations

If selected you will have the additional benefit of using my new book as a great way to get the attention of these HR directors PA's and I will also have a short professional video and other professional marketing materials for you to send to aid your chances of securing an appointment for me. I also have some fantastic testimonials.You will also be supplied with a very up to date list of HR directors with contact numbers, addresses etc.

Important qualities I'm looking for are:

1. A passion for personal development and being excited about what your promoting (i.e me and my services). By the way the training is fantastic and the book has been short listed for the chartered institute of Managers book of the year)

(A plus is if you have a background in Learning & development, or HR but not essential)

(Another plus is if you have experience in selving high value training/consulting services

2. You will have a professional telephone manor and be very respectful of PA's and how to talk to them

3.) If you do get through to a HR director, you will be very comfortable talking to senior level people

4.) You have the courage and conversational skills to respectfully secure appointments/times I can call their HR director.

5.) You can keep good computer based notes on everyone you have called (basic sales info tracking) and this would be sent to me on a weekly or bi weekly basis. Also you are disciplined and professional in the way you call back PA's when you promise and follow up emails/letters to maximise the effectiveness of any marketing effort/spend

6. you can commit 1 to 2 days a week to this but happy if thats spread across several mornings/afternoons

7. You can adapt your approach as together we refine the best way of securing appointments
