Experience Level: Intermediate
There is an immediate requirement for a Junior/Intern Sales and Marketing Executive with outstanding spoken and written communication skills to join the team. The Executive must be ambitious, have a ‘can do’ attitude, be sociable, presentable and have a desire to undertake all kinds of sales/marketing tasks from telephone sale calls to providing software demonstrations to coordinating and implementing online/offline marketing campaigns and supporting the team at conferences and exhibitions. The Executive will also be involved in writing and reviewing content and contributing to social networking activities such as the company blog, facebook, twitter and LinkedIn. This will be a great opportunity for the right candidate to get involved in a software start up operation and see all aspects of sales and marketing from the ground up.
Role Responsibilities
The Executive shall be responsible for:
• Supporting online and offline marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Carrying out market research to help generate sales leads and opening up new markets
• Telesales, customer service calls and handling general phone queries
• Updating the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Contributing to the Company Blog, facebook, twitter and LinkedIn
• Supporting branding activities including producing brand identity, guidelines and strategy
• Work alongside the graphic designer to help produce online/offline communications, flyers, brochures and other sales and marketing collateral
• Carry out online blogging and business social networking tasks
Experience
• Some experience is preferable, though not essential as business coaching is provided
• Be proactive, learn and contribute to internet, cloud computing and software solution based sales and marketing
• Have a strong desire to develop skills in sales and marketing and generate business sales
