As our Inside Sales Specialist, you must be a highly independent, assertive, and confident self-starter who has a strong sense of sales urgency and likes to work in a fast-paced environment. In managing our rapidly growing list of prospects, you will have the opportunity to prove yourself by working with our Regional Account Managers to support our inside sales initiatives.
Our company has a very unique employee health & wellness program that we are targeting towards companies with more than 200 employees. We are seeking a hands-on Inside Sales Specialist who has experience building a pipeline of opportunities from initial cold calls. You will work from a list of prospects uncovering opportunities for web or face to face meetings for our Regional Account Managers. This role also provides a career path to a Regional Account Manager position.
This is not a telemarketing role. We are looking for Inside Sales professionals with good business acumen and demonstrated experience solution selling in a B2B environment at the Director level and above.
In the Inside Sales Specialist role you will be responsible for:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop local, regional territories by driving day-to-day outbound call prospecting and lead generation
- Qualify all prospects, track progress through the sales cycle and substantially contribute to obtaining new customers
- Produce a high volume of outbound phone calls for the purpose of generating qualified leads for regional account manager
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer activity on a daily basis.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years inside sales or lead generation in - Relentless pursuit of measurable prospecting activity
- Proven track record of strong sales execution demonstrating the ability to consistently exceed corporate objectives and quotas
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Healthcare or Insurance related industries a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
- Knowledge of MS Excel
