Experience Level: Intermediate
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls, contacting clients that operate in the IT industry in UK, Ireland and Italy, to discuss the expansion of their revenue opportunities by executing marketing campaigns for them.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
• Generate New Business, develop and maintain relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service
• Increase Client spend from Client Accounts by up selling & cross-selling
• Generate appointments with prospects for Field Sales Executive to attend
• Follow up on Sales appointments to ensure conversion rate is achieved
• Lead generation and database maintenance
• Meet individual and team targets
• Ongoing responsibility to learn and understand the company solutions in order to provide an exceptional level of customer service for both your target market and your client base.
INTERESTED APPLICANTS SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLOWING KEY ATTRIBUTES:
• A strong sales focus, and previous IT telesales experience is essential
• Previous experience cold calling, developing new business
• IT knowledge preferable (both hardware and software)
• Second European language an advantage (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
• Enthusiastic, professional, honest, bright and prepared to offer 110% effort
• Flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal communication skills, clear, articulate telephone manner
• A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to your work
• The will to win and unwavering desire to succeed
• Desire to progress quickly, exceed targets and earn large commissions
