*BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT*
Kestel Biashara is a new entrant in the East African Market in the ICT industry. We currently operate in Europe with some major multinationals as our clients.
*Job Overview*
We are looking for a freelance Business Development Person who will assist us to penetrate the East Africa market . Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Development Persons' role will be to define and drive the E.A. Sales strategy.
*Key accountabilities include:*
* Preparation for presentations and representation of Kestel Biashara to new and existing clients for new and existing products.
* Prospecting for and establishing new business
* Management of the acquired business relationships
* Definition and implementation of the sales strategies
* Team coordination to ensure end to end delivery to the clients.
* Continuous improvement and monthly sales reporting.
*Minimum Requirements*
* At least 1 year Corporate Sales experience
* Self motivated, ambitious and strong drive for results
* Work under minimal supervision with some leadership skills.
* ICT knowledge especially in web based applications/software
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
We have a range of cutting edge products, many unique in the East African market. We believe that there is a huge potential market in the region which should allow for a high level of sales.
We offer a commission of 10% of all sales. As some of our products and services are offered on a monthly contract there is the possibility for an on-going income for sales in this area.
