Summary:
This internship role will provide the successful candidate with hands-on experience of dealing with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of a new innovation lab with one of Beyond Form's Paris based clients. You will be supporting the team to liaise with industry and media to generate new partnerships and awareness of a new Fashion Tech Innovation Program.
You will provide administrative and organisational support to aid the co-ordination of further developments of the program including internal and external affairs. You will work on-site at our Paris office full time split evenly between partnerships and communications functions.

Beyond Form is an explorative fashion tech studio that exists to blend the physical with the digital; focused on disrupting the fashion system by combining design, technology and innovation.
Our client is a rare example of one of the truly international schools in its sector. Their value lies in exposure to the world and the interaction that allows the 50 nationalities constituting its student and teaching body to share in the projects and daily life taking place within the schools.
About you:
• Great curiosity about fashion, tech, partnerships, comms and new project operations.
• Practices active listening, coachable, can implement feedback, and has history of consistent self-improvement.
• Strong preference for an individual that has dealt with external stake holders outside of an organisation and has the ability to deal with relationships within a professional manner.
• Is charismatic and holds the ability to deal with social situations with ease.
• Self-starter, well-organized, capable of prioritizing time-sensitive tasks, clear communicator with a sophisticated business acumen.
• Business Management, Communications, Marketing or similar educational focus preferred.
Job Activity:
• Refine our outreach strategy, identifying and contacting high-quality fashion and tech partners through social media, email, and over the phone.
• Carry out research on potential media and lab partners; identifying press opportunities and suitable partners.
• Help to plan and execute comms activities.
• Support administrative tasks in-line with the needs of your partnerships and comms colleagues.
• Respond to general enquiries about the project when appropriate and identifying the correct in-bound streams as and when required.
• Act as an ambassador for the Fashion Tech Innovation program.
• Explore media opportunities and help us plan appearances at industry events.
