We are looking for an insistent, results-driven sales team to generate leads for our rapidly expanding services company.
Currently the sales & lead generation process, via telemarketing, is undertaken in-house, however we have a desire to outsource this process to a specialist outbound telemarketing company or ambitious individuals, in order to reduce costs, further increase sales and lead quality, and allow our team to more closely focus on delivering projects that meet our clients%u2019 needs.
We represent a well-known UK brand in the sector in which we operate, so the successful bidders discretion and tactfulness are important to us.
If outsourcing for lead generation is successful, we will consider expanding outsourced services. Lead generating should prove lucrative for all parties involved as our clients offer free no-risk personalised trials, and their products are designed with speed and cost efficiency in mind.
We will be looking at a relatively quick start date for this project, subject to an evaluation period.
This is a long-term business project and the company desires to create a long term, mutually rewarding partnership with the right telemarketing company. All providers must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Specialise in cold call telemarketing to business or be very keen to do well in this field.
- Have the facility to use your own DATA for the country. Ideally you will also be equipped with predictive dialer, and must comply with all relevant laws including do not call list compliance (if applicable for B2B).
- Be prepared to operate on a per lead basis of £10 ($20) per lead. A lead is defined as a person who has expressed interest in taking up a free trial; we will need a name, email, company name, and telephone number. Once one of our sales people call and validate that the prospect was interested £10 ($20) will be credited as your commission.
- Speak English wellwith little or no accent; and have enthusiastic and credible voices. Agents will also be responsible for handling objections & generating leads.
- Sales incentives can be offered for top performing sales people.
- Guideline sales scripts will be provided along with a list of the products.
Due to the strength of the free trial, cost saving benefits and the fact that you are paid per customer who expresses an interest, this is potentially a very lucrative contract.
