ESI: Electrical are an established electrical contractor, based in East Sussex. We are looking to expand our business massively through 2010, as part of this we, our marketing and presentation to potential clients.
From our established and equipped offices in Rye, we are looking to set up a telemarketing department, to provide warm leads to our field sales team, and put our digital and printed literature in front of more prospective clients, follow up targeted marketing campaigns and increasing our customer service offering.
We have spoken with several local recruitment agents, TNG and the JobCentre regarding staffing and NewDeal funding as appropriate.
This call centre operation will be a new venture for ESI: and as such we would look to work with an experienced manager, to help organise requirements, and assist in preparing:
- Systems & tools
- Script outlines
- Policies & procedures
- Hiring & compensation model
- Performance expectations
- Training requirements
- Call techniques
- Results tracking and KPI targets.
Along with any other necessary items.
We currently have a 500sq ft office which is fully equipped with computers, desks, phone systems etc. To facilitate this we will be carrying out upgrades to our phone systems with VOIP technology.
